Mostly because of the fact, half of your team plays only at 1Star Team Chem! Team Chem is also a very important one - TC 1 Star -> -24% Perfomance

So it all comes back to waht pstimpel said : what matters most is : player rating + positinning + stamina + consistency + team chemistry (20% each) ! No matter the tactics, skills...!

no, the stat score, taks into account how the player played in the position you had him, so yes it takes into account player rating + stamina + consistency + team chemistry, as well as the relevant skills for that position, BUT that stat score does not really mean much, as it is just about what each player does in there assigned position....

Tactic do make a difference to the outcome of a game.... but they dont change the Stats score of a player..

for example, you could play 5 D-line and 5 LB with 1 SS, and if there were all good at there position you could get good stats scores, but if someone passed on you, you would be in for a poor game... even though the players performed well in the task you gave each of them...

I guess that my question comes from this : after a game, how do you know if a player was good at his position or played the worst game ever and is no good at the position you put him...?!
Does the fact that a player's rating for a given game (start/end) has decreased mean that he didn't play well ?
Is it then better to have a ratting starting à 4 and ending at 3, or a guy with a rating starting at 2 and finishing at 2 ?!

the lowering of rating at the end of the game is due to stamina as far as im aware and id rather have the 4 to 3 guy than the 2 to 2 guy as even at the end he is better

What about the coach staff ? Any influence on the game ?! Is it really necessary to have a good staff ?

It doesn't have any influence on the game, but it help develop players faster, as they get more training points per week.

How is a player's Team Chemistry calculated ? I bought a player with a Team Chemistry of 5.0, and when he arrived in my team, it went down to 0.5... what do I have to do to make it go back to 5.0 ?!

Everytime a player changes the Team, Team Chem drops to 0,5

Every time you play him, he gains +1 Point Team Chem
-> 0,5 Star Team Chem = 2 Points
-> so for 2 games he plays, gains 0,5 Star Team Chem
-> 18 Games needed, to reach 5 Star TeamChem.

Players with higher experience can collect faster TeamChem (according to FAQ) - im testing it atm with an 2,5 Experience guy, but no "unusual" groth until now - im monitoring it.

PS: Team Chem will also drop to 0,5Star when you place a player by accident onto the transfer list AND BUY him back! (this will not happen, in case nobody bids and he stays with the team).
