You just have to use your weekly friendly as your cups match day.

Everything else is up to you...plenty of other friendly cups going just a case of looking on the other parts of the forums to find threads on thse other cups.

And how do i organize the games?
Do i have to say to the participants who they have to challenge every week or is there an other way?

Yes, you organize the matches each week, you update and track the standings, you determine whether or not there are playoffs and who will make the playoffs, etc. A friendly cup in nothing more than a group of players deciding to use their weekly friendly games for organized matches against each other. I think the idea came out of teams being tired/bored of playing against all the bot teams in their league matches. Friendly cups became a way to play 'important' games against other human owners.

As septus mentioned, take a look at some of the friendly cup threads in the forum. Generally, the first post in each thread shows the rules and is updated with the weekly matches, standings, etc. The rest of the thread is generally comments among the cup members about the games.

Here are some more cup threads to check out.
