not every week maybe once every month/$300000 til you got something on each side then you can do it in blocks maxing out vip 1 at a time when you can afford it and then same with execs IMO good luck

until you get to Division 2 or TD, you will always be able to increase your stands since the max attendance is quite high

The amount you loose isn't that great in the start of the game. Get a couple of good friendlies and you will be fine. Aim to play at stadium around 10-15k seats and with a ticket income around a million. Then you should get a good pile of cash to help you continue expand your stadium.

You advised me to build first the VIP lounge. But It's very expensive than normal seats, and I would like to know if it's no more interesting to build in first normal seats ?

Because if i build normal seats, I can build more seats than VIP so i will sell more tiickets. and earn more money.
Actually, i build only 100 VIP, and I thinks my stadium grow very slowly if I construt only VIP.

Another way to look at it is this. If you have 100 VIP boxes, and you sell each one at 110 dollars, you've made 11,000 dollars. To make 11,000 with regular seats, you would need to sell 550 tickets since these are 20 dollars.

In the end it's up to each owner how they want to do it, since it's their stadium and they can play the game however they wish. We've just found in our times here than VIP and Executive seats give the best rate of return and are better for your economy.
