So how big can i make my stadium before i start losing profit? I know that if you max you will go bankrupt but i was just wondering what the closest you can get is. Most people say i should just get 80,000 seats and then stop..

Top division=80,000 seats
2nd division=60,000 seats
3rd division=40,000 seats
4th division=20,000 seats
5th division=10,000 seats

Just kinda a guide but it may very from person to person.

best thing is to look in the FAQ at the basic attendance per league lvl, and also the factor that can affect attendance, as well as maintainable costs etc, and then work it through for your own situation...

I think your numbers are a little too low! FAQ states for example that your basic attendance in 4th division is 42000 (before factoring in things like team form etc.).

So like MDJ said: study the FAQ, just to be sure before deciding how big to build your stadium!

Haha. not really.

TD-60k x 1.35=81k
D2-54k x 1.35=72.9k
D3-48k x 1.35=64.8k
D4-42k x 1.35=56.7k
D5-36k x 1.35=48.6k

Since the attendance can vary up to 40%, I figured I'd "play it safe" at 35%.

Phew...I'm glad of the later replies, as I thought I had made a bit of a blunder for a minute there. I am in div. V and already have 12k+ seats and am soon to max out VIP and exec by adding another 3k or so. On the basis of the base attendance figures I think I am safe to continue.
