I'm a lab technician in the appliance division at GE (General Electric)I work with the engineers, deveoping new models of appliances.

What kind of appliances are we talking about here?

I was talking with a woman last week about maybe doing an internship with Bauknecht, she develops washing mashines. Not sure if that's anywhere close to what you do thou ^^

I handle dishwashers. I am the lab manager in our area.
They do have washers and dryers here also but there are other techs working with those in another lab.

Funny, so we somewhat work in the same field!

Well... technically I'm just a student assistant at my Appliance Technology department but a lot of my co-workers started out like this and are now PhDs and what not. Not sure I wanna settle in this specific field quite yet though.

One of my many qualities!

Maybe, when I'm finished with University, I can come over to the states and we'll work together and talk about our Stillers all day

I am a solicitor, husband and father of two boys aged 11 and 9. I work in litigation specialising in property disputes for a medium sized law firm.

I am slightly addicted to Modern Warfare 2 at the moment, but have to wait for my boys to go to bed before I can play it. Although I seem to be the only person in the world that takes notice of age restrictions on computer games - I'm sure my boys understand

Nope. . my children dont get to play anything over their age bracket and the tv is monitored too. . nothing over their age bracket again and kids shows that promote agresssive behaviour etc are out too!

I dont care if anyone understands my reasons for doing it or not. . I dont want my kids being influenced more than they have to be by unhealthy influences. . I would be no parent if i did not worry what went into their brains as well as their stomachs..

I took and I take care, but not based on the numbers the industry is giving me. So I established my own rating
