Anyone know which players on the O-line match up with which player on the D-line. Is it a straight match-up or some sort of zone (left, right, center) thing?
I get the feeling that on running plays, its a zone system whereby the direction is selected and then the blockers and defenders are squared up against year other and a result its determined. Not sure how it handles a TE or an additional D-linemen.
On passing plays, who is blocking the DEs. Is it always a matchup with the OTs? What if there is a TE? Does a RB get a second chance to block a D-linemen? Is that only for FBs or HBs as well?

Yeah, I was kind of curious if normally the tackle blocks the DE, but if a TE is present, does he block? Only on a running play?
Does the OT and TE combine their effort or does it just take one of the players skills and match them up against the DE. etc.
