Bit of a silly question but do stats from friendly games count in your player profiles?

No - cup games also dont.

Only regular season games.

Yes and as I found out last year, QB's do not get credit for passing TD's, only the WR or TE get the credit for TD on the stats. QB's only show rushing TD's they get on their stats tab
