I havent got much cash at the moment but would it make sense to take my 1,000 standard seats out and replace them for 350 VIp seats the construction cost would be zero but i would make almost double the income

is this correct?

Yes, but do not close the 1k seats you play 1 friendly and 2 league games in the following 2 weeks.

the 1k seats will cost 250k and bring you 20k, the 350 VIP will cost 245k and give you 38,5k per match

If you have stands that are at 0 seats, you can build them up anytime without taking a revenue hit. The seats in one section aren't effected by construction in other sections.

So leave your 1000 seat section alone and build what you can afford in another empty section.

problem is my balance is -10k

And my wages are 120k as per last week, sponsor money totals 70k and a home match would only ever get me 20k so every week i will make a loss

so not sure when i will have the cash to buy more seats?

You are gonna want to make sure you request friendly matches to be at the other persons stadium. With that you should be able to bring in 100K or more per friendly. Request friendly matches against teams w ticket income over $800K and capacity in the 13,500 range. These stadiums should have full Exec & VIP seating.

Next, you have a WR whos wage is 13K per week. That's outrageous for a brand new team. If you have any coaches, I suggest you "fire" them all when you can as well.

ok thanks for the advice buddy, think i got the WR when i first started and dint really understand the game opps, did the same with a kicker in the process of selling him now! will have to get on the friendly trail against some decent teams!
shame i might have to get rid of the WR he got 5 TDs today!!
