Ive gone to train then put everything i wanted clicked save training and nothing has happened.

Training update is every Friday at 04:00 game time, which translates to every Thursday night at 10:00 PM, EST. You set your training by going to club and then training, where you can set the training for each player for that week

and if the changes didnt save its because you got timed out. try doing just your offence then save, then do defence,save and then do S.T
