I am sure this must have been asked before, but I can't find a thread about it...I am currently thinking about putting a bid in on a player. His stats are all good except teamwork which is only 2. What impact will this have on him and is there a minimum teamwork figure you will look for before considering a player?

if he has good skills already, don't worry about it.
teamwork ust affects how fast a player improves his skills. you divide teamwork by two, and what you get are the points he recieves adittionally to your coaches ..etc..
so if the guy you're thinking about buying is young, and has no good skills yet, and you just want to build him for the future, then this might be a problem cuz with teamwork 2 that can be a pain.
if you want him or right now, go for it..

that's alright. i also think that the term teamwork is a bit misleading. in the other game, the handball manager, or whatever it is called, they changed it to "work ethic", which is more like it imo.
