Ok, so I've read in the FAQ that when players reach a certain age, 28+ I believe, they start to lose skill points. However, it also stats that no player can drop below 12 in this fashion.
So my question...if their skills are already below 12, will there not be a drop-off? I understand there will be minimal gain, if any, just trying to decide whether or not to cut those older players, or hold onto them until I can train up some of the younger guys. Thanks

if there below 12 they wont improve and they wont go down...
They will improve, but there is a drop off on the training points once they reach 28. At 28, they will lose 25% of their training pts each week. At 29, they will lose 50% and at 30, they will lose 75%. So if you are to get 40 training pts and the player is 28, he will lose 25% of the 40 pts or 10 pts and only receive 30 pts of training to be split up on whatever you are training. Once the player reaches 31, that is when they will no longer get training pts and actually will lose some pts each week from speed, strength, stamina and agility. They will never fall below 12 pts in any skills regardless if they have already passed that number
