OK so I know that Rating and Team Chemistry makes your player play better, but what does his experience do?

Experience has two parts. Firstly, it determines the rate at which a player will gain team chemistry. Secondly, it also improves player performance.

Improve player performance? I haven't seen that before. Is there some discussion or evidence for this?

Well its just like the NFL the more playing time a guy gets the more understanding he has of what he is to do on the field and is really helpful when changing positions

an extreme example is to go up to some1 who knows nothing about the sport and tell them to run a post route or a 10yard button hook and then ask the same question to some1 whos played WR whose gonna perform better?

We're not talking about the NFL or real life, we're talking about the effect of experience in a match in this game. The FAQ says nothing about this and only states increased experience, increases the rate of team chemistry gain.

got to agree with oneknee...

as often happens people are assuming based on nfl etc... the fact is the FAQ only mentions experience as being important for increasing TC more quickly... have we seen any IN GAME evidence of anything else? or have admin mentioned it anywhere?

Indeed, I'm pretty sure experience has no effect on game play.

I could have sworn that this was said, but I looked for several hours through the forums and couldn't find it so I must have been mistaking. My bad.
