Some advice? Stay another season in D5, enjoy the first place you will hit for sure, make lots of money, train your guys, buy facilities...and then you need only one season per level

Yea that's true, but I really want that trophy in my trophy case.

It should work just fine I would set your best HB centre, so he get the carries for centre and the opposite side of the other HB. So something like this:

FB(C)
HB(C) HB(R)

Personally I normally run 2xTE, 1xWR, 1xFB and 1xHB, but it really depends on the need to grind BPOS with a WR or an extra HB.
