I need help with scoring against bots. I have been having trouble doing so and I really need to score like 100 or more points to secure my division. Can anybody give me any advice on how to score a lot of points. I have been running 100% of the time with two split backs and two Tight ends and 1 wide receiver. Is their something wrong with my formation that prevents me from scoring a lot of points. I really need some help. Please Message me if you have a solution to my problem

Thanks

All rush, go on the fourth and X, let the QB decide.

It helped me sometimes putting 2 HBs in

edit: No idea why it is not working for you

Against smurfs I field a Big I-formation. I guess a Big Wishbone would work as well.

I always field a blocking fullback.

I go 90% run on all settings, QB decides.

BPOS is important, along with skills of course. Especially stamina is nice against smurfs.

Biggest win so far is 98-0 with this tactic.Last edited on 2010-01-18 at 19:57

Should I go for it if 40 yards left on 4th and 5 or should I change it to something else like 20 yards left on 4th and 3?

So do you think it would be wise to do split backs and a fullback and just take one of my receivers out?

If your rush game is string with "guaranteed progress" use the highest available settings. You need to test this before you use it as a standard!

I wish I could test it, but I already played my friendly match this week, so do you still think I should do 50 yards left on 4th and 5?

Normally the 4th down settings never play an effect for me, since it is normally on 1st or 2nd down there is a touchdown. But I guess you could go with the highest possible setting a see how it goes, since smurf team can't move the football. Worse case would be a field goal against you and I don't even think they are capable of hitting those at that distance.

You can't really test a smurf tactic in a friendly, since your opponent should be better in the friendly than the smurf.

That's true
