What does Positioning mean as a player's stat?

How would you go about changing a person's position?

And what happens after you play all 18 games?

the champion promotes, the bottom 3 relegate (except for the lowest levels) and then there is a 2 week offseason.
After that the new season starts.

The Positioning skill itself has nothing to do with the player's position or his ability to change the position he plays. It is a tactical skill that, imo, helps him be in the right place at the right time.

If you are referring to BPOS or the position(POS) he plays best(B) at, the way to change that is to simply play him in the position you want him to change to when you set your lineup.

Ex. If you have a 1.5* BPOS DL, and want to change him to a QB, you just select that player to play as your QB, it takes varying amounts of time, but eventually, his BPOS will change to QB, and his name will move on your roster so that he can be seen in the QB position when you are looking at your players.
