I wonder, what percentage of the league is bot?

Division V is insanely robust which means that over the next four seasons the top divisions are going to start to swell ... and the league will start to grow heavy in the middle.

While I love freakinstud's advice to build stadium first then get players if the bot % is low then shouldn't the strategy change?

so thats just over 50% but i think that in div IV and V it would be higher then TOP div
