How can i change a player's natural position. Would be thankful if you would suggest me 5 things to do before anything and 5 things not to do in this game . I'm a complete newbie

about the first question:

if you let him play in a different position then his natural one, he eventually will change his natural pos. to that one.

play him on his new position. In time it will change.
