Consistency 20 -> 100%

So yes, this is not a big thing, except maybe for QB and Kicker/Punter

Con 20 = > Always 100%
Con 1 = > range from 80% to 120%

I prefer to have Kicker on Con 20

All other - i dont really care, but this is a personal decision to be made by every single "Manager"
