Is it true that the team chemistry of a player never decreases?


With team chemistry 1, a player plays about 30% worse. Each game the player plays ads 1 to the team chemistry. Players that are experienced can get 2 team chemistry points each game they play. Each point of team chemistry reduces the negative performance by 1.5%.


So, if I understand it right, a player with team chemistry 1 needs 20 games to get to a team chemistry 5 (1.5% * 20 = 30%)? Or not?

Yes, you need 20 games for the player not to suffer any effects for team chemistry (to be at 5 full stars). Team chemistry can't be lowered in any way (except when the player gets transfered).
