Do you all ever buy a player without scouting his talent first?

I know were supposed to focus on building our stadiums and the hire coaches but, in general, is that something we shouldnt worry so much about in the lower divisions?

I've done it before. If I need a quick fix and the player has high enough skills I'll do it and then search for a younger, more talented guy to take over in a couple of seasons.

it depends on how much the price is is it under 15k i think it isn;t worth the 3,5 k but above I normally scout the player

I do it all the time, sometimes it works out great. Some players will tell you the talent if you ask them and some won't
