Do players gain BPOS, exp, and chemistry based on how well they play or will they improve just for being in the game?

I believe it is from playing in the game. It shouldn't matter how they play just that they do.

Performance doesn't influence on above mentioned stats, if players play the game they gain points for each statistic/skill.
