If his intelligence is high he could play at ILB.
What's his stamina? I think that a 12 speed with say 10 stamina will perform better than say a 15 speed with 5 stamina, for example.
I always look at speed and strength in relation to stamina.
There's always a lot of talk about speed and strength on these forums but I have some very good players who have relatively low speed and strength for their natural positions. I think primary skills, BPOS and stamina are much more important attributes in this GE.
