It's quiz night here, so just popping another question. First some background info:

I have a player who reached his maximum in a skill some time ago. A few weeks back, I decided to train him further in this skill, and yesterday/last week it was at 13.80. Today it is at 14.14, so he obviously went 1 above his capped skill level. However, I could not find his name in the training report this morning.

So...does anyone know if I've got some of my presented facts incorrect, or does improved skill level above capped actually not show up in training reports?
