I checked in the FAQ and didn't see it, so I'll try here, does anyone know how much a players energy goes up each week? Right now I'm training on normal, and a player I have is sitting at 81% energy, how do I find out if he will be above 90 before the next game?

from FAQ
Depending on the training intensity you can gain or lose training points and gain or lose energy. See details below:
Maximum: + 6 training points and - 5 to - 10 energy
High: + 2 training points and - 3 to - 6 energy
Average: 0 training points and 0 to + 2 energy
Low: - 2 training points and + 3 to + 6 energy
Very low: - 4 training points and + 5 to + 6 energy

Keep also in mind that higher training intensity also means higher chance for players to get injured during the training.

Not necessarily. I had a player start with 68 energy, get to 75 the following week, and up to 86 last week. That's 7 points and 11 points in the past 2 weeks. It may be that the lower your players energy is, the less he recovers per week?

Yeah, I thought so too. But maybe as punishment for letting your guys get so low it takes longer for them to fill up? Or possibly its a random number, but odd that mine have been low and everyone else is getting 13.

Above 90%. Anything lower, and you'll see a substantial drop in performance.

And this week he went from 86 to 100. So, that's 14 points.

I'm happy though, he's a stud and finally up to 100%! I think he was one of my first purchases and I didn't even notice he was that low in energy (somewhere in the 30s, I think).
