I have a question about the leveling up of skills.

You have all the skills (in Training Details), Pos, Vision, Ftw, Carrying, Tackling etc........ Each skill has a rating from dark red to dark green.

When a player reaches 100 training points do all skills move up (however slowly) from red to green, until each skill has a chance to improve?
Or, are those ratings for each skill fixed at their colour level and the higher (more green) are really the only skills levels that are likely to increase.

Hope that makes sense as it is a big part of what position I am going to plan to play/improve players
