What is the path to keeping players energy up?

I look at some the division iii, ii, and i teams and their players all have like 100% energy deep into the season.

sounds easy enough ... so average training will never 'drain' a players energy.

however, it does give your players the possibility to regain 1-2 %energy.

Yep. And from what we've been told energy is so important that it's well worth the loss of a few training points a week to keep it at a high level.

buckeye,

what does it mean to lose a few training points a week to keep it at a high level?

I'll field this one in buckeye's absence (drunken stupor again i bet, or have you been speaking to Tiger Woods' 'agent'

What he means is that when you train on High or Very High the energy will drop, moreso on Very High. Even though you may get more training points it is not worth the risk of losing the energy as it could take longer to recover the lost energy.

To keep energy at a high level. From everything we've been told, players start really playing bad at 90% energy. The only way to get energy back quick is to rest them(no training points) or set it to very low(very few training points). So while there is a loss of points between high/very high and average, IMO keeping the energy level up more than makes up for it.
