In my last game, a defender of glasgow spartans had number five in his fumbles column, but the team stat comparison says no fumbles at all for the whole game. What do these fumbles mean?

ps. my qb ran 2 times for average of 4 yards, plus a 49 yarder for a td. Threw once and completed it.

in this game, when you'e on offense, you can fumble the ball, but your offence always recovers the ball itself, so you actually fumble the ball, but you still don't lose it. that's why it doesn't show in the opponent's stats.
as far as i know, you can only have a turnover due to fumbles on special teams after punts and kickoffs

p.s. this is what just happened in my game:
1st-10-K.O25 Fumble Gerardus Sandberg fumbles. Recovered and returned for -5 yards.
2nd-15-K.O20 Fumble Gerardus Sandberg fumbles. Recovered and returned for -1 yards.

i'm playing against a bot team, that's why they suck so badly

The stats are (very) bugged. Michael MacDonald is not a defender but the HB of the other team. And he fumbled 5 times, but why it is under the defense I don't know (It is an old problem).

is this a recurrence of the errors in the "enhanced tackle stats" grease monkey script? that has thrown up large number of errors since the start of the season when the layouts were changed a little....

iv actually turned it of as it can often cause more confusion than useful info..
