I would then say defensive coaches to follow

Division of Hell - Season 4
3.7 Season 6
2.3 Season 8
Regional Cup Winners - Season 8
TD Season 9

I hired following coaches when I started playing:

Not a real good choice, but I did it before taking a look at the forum. I could hire fitness 20, if I cut the other coaches back to 1 (because of the 10 times wages I have to have on my account. Can I use the money on my account to build VIPs on Monday or do I have to keep it for the coaches?
I already have full VIPs on one goal line stand (and 300 executives on one long side) and would completely upgrade the VIPs on the other goal line stand on Monday after the friendly.

What do you think?

You already got your answer on the coaches, just want to give my $.02 on building. You want to start your construction between 0:31 and 3:59 on Wednesday. That way you don't have to pay maintenance on the stands you are building for 3 weeks rather than the 2 weeks you would get by building at any other time during the week.

When I have 2 weeks of away games (as I just did), I will build on all 4 stands. That way, I don't have to pay maintenance on any seats for 3 weeks.

although finding fitness caps is important, i dont think it should be the first priority

only positions where fitness is make or break is on the D and O Lines.
Dlineman are probably the most fitness based
Olineman need high str but also need blocking

all other positions, fitness comes second imo
also Speed does not really matter in this game. its stupid but its just how this game works.
