I've got better coaches for attack training than defense training. Is there a difference between the both tacklings or could I train my defense the offensive tackling to make faster improvements?

Good to know, thanks. I will only train offensive tackling from know.

edit:
Just saw that tackling isn't an offensive training skill, but agility...

there's no difference in the agility skill itself, the only difference is where the remainder of the training points go, using Off. coaches, remainder goes to other off.skils, and visa versa for Def. coaches.

as a hint because coaches signing fees and wages are expensive, i'd recommend putting more into def coaches, as you can train a lot of offensive skills from these (agility and blocking for your OL), and get the benefit of using higher level coaches rather than trying to split the level of the coaches over all disciplines.
