Yea that tends to happen a lot to the new guys that spend and spend like its Christmas

i dont see the good thing to hitting the market first thing and losing cash cause that player wont make you can inless you resell him for more...putting it into the stadium will get you cash thus getting your a better player later on :/ then again i built my team mostly from the inside

Yeah if you lost 30,000 just remember, you can easily cover that with a friendly, or a home game....

You should just check the GI Top 10 list and send Friendly requests to the top stadium owners.
It might be nice to send a personal email to some people too and they might line you up for friendlies in the future.
