okay, please explain what the regional cup is? How can i get promoted? and when does the AFCL happen?

is the AFCL like the playoffs of all the top divisions of every country playing. The regional cup is the playoffs of a country(kinda like a minor AFCL). Then to get promoted you need to be the top in your league. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

The regional cup starts in week 2 or 3 of everyseason, everybody gets to play in it

To get promoted you need to win your division. And to get in the AFLC you need to win the Top Division or win the Regional cup
