do you have to pay maintenance when you're upgrading your stadium and when do you have to pay it right after the economy update??

maintenance is paid every Wednesday, at the same time as wags etc. at 04:00 game time.

you dont have to pay maintenance on sections of the stadium that are being upgraded..
