It only goes to bot orders if there is an injury you missed, leaving a hole in your line-up or if you had an illegal formation.......otherwise it goes to default

may as well have gone bot seeing as you don't get any in game options with the defense. Could see after only a few minutes I was playing against pass every play and ridiculously can do nothing about it
