given that they range from 1 to 20... im guessing the average would be 10/11 across the board... i know there seems to be no bias one way or the other when you get youth pulls etc (im just as likely to get 1 consistency as 20)

s for what is decent... its really personal opinion, some say consistency over 11, i prefer over 15 for most positions, lower for others... teamwork, its always nice to have, but i dont live or die by it.

Fitness skills... again depends on position, and personal preference (i know at least 16 stength and speed for DE's and at least 18 strength for DT's is my way (although an 18 strength 18 speed 20 consistency 18 team work 4.5 talent DE is always nice ;-) )

Personally I like my consistency and teamwork to both be at least over 10, higher if I can. Fitness skills can be trained, you just need some luck that they don't cap early. But with consistency and teamwork never changing, you'll want those fairly high from the beginning.

teamwork im not a huge 'must have' on, i do like high TW, but, if its a play off with high intel i would take high intel...

consistency i like at least 16 for my lines, 15 for LB's 18 for DB's with my starting WR's and TE's having at least 18, backup WR, RB, and Special teams can have 9-20

fitness wise, im a huge strength/speed guy, but thats only becasue my team is young and im trying to keep costs down lol

I agree with most of that. I'd take high intell over teamwork as well, but for a new player teamwork could be huge for training purposes. I think consistency can be a little overrated early on, but once players grow and get better it's huge.

I also like high strength and speed but those just aren't things I look for as much when buying players since they can be trained. If they have them, that's great, but if they have those but the untrainables things are bad, then I say forget it.

oh totally..... im happy to train strength speed etc, just so long as there not capped lol... i always look at intel, consistency, and T/W first before anything else...

I'm all about consistency, I also agree with 15 and above. T/W is not that important to me and I like to have intelligence 10 or higher across the boards, but I will take less for some positions.

I'd take high TW for those players that I would build and then sell. TW is for the owners who buy then sell, and it is for owners who need to develop a little quicker. Not so important in Div 5 teams...IMO anyway...

I think consistency is a little over rated. Of course that is just my opinion. I mean a consistency of 10 is fine for me. Of course I would think that with everyone it is the complete package that matters most. If a guy isn't high in consistency he might be high talent with decent to great intelligence. I think I have the perfect RB, but some might disagree because his intelligence is a 1. Has that lab rats thing figured anything about the importance of intelligence in different positions? I would think a RB doesn't have to be too smart, just take the ball and run through those guys over there! lol
