Okay, just wanted to confirm something. If you wait to pull your youth player until the following week after economy update, do you avoid the salary for that week or does it get taken out anyway? I had assumed I was saving a weeks salary for the new player by waiting, but now I'm wondering if that's true. Seems everyone else is pulling them right away. Thanks

Yup. If you pull them after the salary update, but before the next youth pulls are given out, you do not need to pay the extra salary for his first week without training. I pull them when I first get them, simply in case he is really good, and I want to put him in my lineup right away. Plus it's usually not very much money at all once you have a couple thousand seats.

Okay, wait, just to make sure I understand further........if you wait and pull them after the economy update, then they don't get to train for that week? I just checked my youth pull from last week. I waited until after the economy update to pull him, so I didn't have to pay his salary, but he also didn't get any training points on the training update 2 days later.

as long as you pull thm before the training, they should train.....

I did, I pulled him on Wednesday after the economy update, then I assigned his training to fitness, all skills and in reviewing his numbers, he did not train at all on the Friday training update.

hmmm you may want to put this as a BUG then, or a 'Contact Us' thing, as i know others have done that in the past and it was fine... (or at least they said it was lol)
