Footwork 4 Catching 4 Agility 4

(speed is capped)

tempted to sell him, but i think i may want more than people would be willing to pay, and part of me think i should keep him just to play a backup position for a while lol

cap his strength, get his footwork, agility and tackling up, and stick him on the DL

This is the last youth player I picked:

Intelligence 4 Passing 1 Strength 15
Footwork 3 Catching 2 Agility 1
Carrying 2 Kicking 5 Stamina 2
Teamwork 8 Consistencia 8

Is there any difference between OTackle and Guard? Should I try to train him in any other position I need a great player?

Another question: I have a 4.5 star kicker with big Teamwork. He's pretty good at passing too and my starting QB is going to retire soon (I guess the next season). Should I train him a bit in Passing and give him the starting job? He has 4 talent and 20 teamwork with 7 passing already. And he's young, 18 years old

Thanks ^^

people are a bit undecided as to how much difference there is in this game between OT and OG. general consensus is to play the slightly faster and more agile guys at tackle. i don't think there's much pulling guards going on, so just have the really strong guys here.

as for your other guy, what's his consistency and intelligence like?
these are prob the two most important starting point for picking a trainee QB.

right, question of my own..

am thinking of moving one of my RBs to WR.

Positioning 5 Tackling 1 Punting 5
Vision 4 Blocking 2 Speed 20
Intelligence 11 Passing 3 Strength 15
Footwork 7 Catching 7 Agility 10
Carrying 5 Kicking 1 Stamina 5

he's 4* positional rating at RB, and 2 at WR. so it's gonna take a while to shift him over. is it worth it? or should i just train someone else up?

Just pulled this 17 year old, I mostly sell my youth players but this guy only has 2 talent and I have a 27 year old safety, so I may want to reaplace him. I also have one old offensive lineman and one old defensive lineman who will need replacing in a few seasons.

So, where do you think I should play him, and what should I train him.

looks to me like a good strong safety for the future... train up his physicals until thy cap, so long as they get above 16 i would say your perfect for it... then just train him how you like your safeties to loo...

4star talent 16consistency and 15tw
Positioning 2 Tackling 3 Punting 4
Vision 4 Blocking 5 Speed 9
Intelligence 3 Passing 5 Strength 9
Footwork 3 Catching 2 Agility 1
Carrying 3 Kicking 5 Stamina 1

If the formations were flexible I d probably put 11 on the DLine ryt now. Since his intel is low, what position other than DL ( or at the very most RB) can/should he be trained for?
