What could I do with this son. I wouldnt want to make him a kicker/punter considering his talent and the fact that I already have a bunch of players with kicking 7.

With my current coaching staff and his team work ability, he is able to get a focused(75%) defending or fitness skill point in 6,35 weeks. So it's a long way to his maximum potential. And after the end of the season he could have tackling or blocking at 2. Should I just get rid of him if Im not in need of another kicker?

hmm..tough one, he's not really designed for any position really, so you'd have to train him entirely from scratch, which kinda means you could train him to any position you're in need of, but to be honest, i'm not sure the raw stuff is there to be worth the wile, i'd be inclined to sell him...

poor intel, poor strength, poor speed, you would have to be very lucky for speed or strength to get to anything useful before they capped... sell him...

I'm a big believer of high intelligence at LB, so I'd put A at LB and B at S.

Talent 3.5
SKILLS
Positioning 6 Tackling 7 Punting 1
Vision 1 Blocking 5 Speed 9
Intelligence 20 Passing 7 Strength 15
Footwork 6 Catching 6 Agility 2
Carrying 1 Kicking 1 Stamina 6
playing him as a QB and CB is his stamina level too low to play both sides or should i scrap one and if so which one.(probably keep him as a QB i think)

I've got an 18 year old nat QB with intelligence 16, talent 4.5, but consistency 3. The current playing QB is 27 years old with talent 1.5.
If I train the 18yo guy in QB skills, he could be really good. I know that consistency isn't that important right know in Div V (I know about the influence of consitency on how they are playing). But as he is only 18 I thought about him beeing QB in higher divisons too. A QB should be consitent. Should I do it like that or is the consistency in higher Devisions that much more important, that I should pick another guy for with a higher cons for QB?

Go for the young gun now. If you find better later, you can always put this for sale. There is bound to be some Div V (or higher) teams looking for "franchise" QB.

Positioning 3,44 Tackling 2,59 Punting 4,17
Vision 5,33 Blocking 1,17 Speed 10,08
Intelligence 2 Passing 3,21 Strength 11,15
Footwork 4,01 Catching 3,51 Agility 2,31
Carrying 5,64 Kicking 5,20 Stamina 3,14

This is a 5* talent player, and I'm not too sure where to put him. His BPOS is LB, and I think that's where I'm going to leave him, but I'm not sure on that.

Positioning 3,61 Tackling 4,70 Punting 2,18
Vision 1,14 Blocking 2,11 Speed 8,40
Intelligence 6 Passing 5,44 Strength 17,33
Footwork 5,04 Catching 3,02 Agility 3,25
Carrying 1,10 Kicking 5,26 Stamina 2,47

Then there is this one. He is a RB, and again I don't know what to do with him.

Well for me any youth pick that has INT under 10 is useless to me in everyway cause i dont know how a stupid person can play football another one is cons he the guy and continuously play at the top of his game then hes not helping out the team

Your LB seems to have the best starting skills but its still a work in progress that might not see the field for a few seasons tackling is a something needed to be trained

as for the RB hes got poor carrying footwork vision and Positioning

But for both you should really try to see if you can max out there Strength and Speed cause if they cap under 10 then they really wont be much use cause a weak LB and a slow HB isnt helping anyone
