so i am making my team into a youth team with talent get some coaches pay small amounts of cash watch them as they get better but i want to make my team into either a run heavy or pass heavy team i could do either i have a young 18 year old QB who is amazing and i could find some Running backs who are potentially if not great

i want to know if most people find the run game more effective or the pass game?

Against bots, the run works best for sure. You can easily go out and rush for 500-600 yards a game and score 75-100 points a game with a good running game against the bots.

However, most people have found that against humans, the passing game is the way to go. You won't have a high completion percentage most of the time, but passing gives you a better chance of scoring on each play.

for now passing is slightly easier than running against humans but i think i may have found a way to decently move the ball with running
it may not score points but it will definitely prolong drives until i can get that break away pass play

key to a good run game is a GREAT oline with a good TE and a good FB

Agree. I wouldn't ever tell someone to completely abandon the run. Hell I've tried going all pass and it was a disaster. IMO, a balanced attack is still the way to go, but passing plays just score on a higher percentage of plays.
