From the FAQ:

Here are the main events that happen in Grid-Iron world (server time):
Daily/weekly update
Weather update - Every day at midnight
Transfers - Every day at 01:00 AM
Construction update - Every day at 00:30 AM
Injuries (Healing) - Every day at 02:00
Training / Youth players pull reset - Every Friday at 04:00 AM
Economy update (plus wages, income and expenses) - Every Wednesday at 04:00 AM
Matches
League games - Saturday/Sunday
Regional Cup games - Tuesday/Wednesday
Friendly games - Monday
AFLC International games - Thursday

So for a new team like you, you can play friendlies on Mondays, and then training and the youth pull on Friday morning. Then the league games on the weekends.

Beginning next season you will be in the Regional Cup, and if you are lucky enough to eventually make the AFLC(win the top division or the Regional Cup) then you will add those games.

Good luck and welcome to the game!

I'd suggest arranging a friendly for next week. And you could probably improve your team by adding a few long cost players and discarding some of the useless older ones.

You also might consider getting a start on improving your coaching and stadium expansion. Beware, this can be pretty expensive.

I have $150k that I can use for Coaches or Stadium Construction. What do you recommend? Also if it is Stadium Construction then Seats, VIP and/or Exec? Or should I invest in a Facility?

I'm sorry if this information is already out there. The FAQ just says to invest in the Stadium but doesnt specify which part or how advantageous it is.

Thank you in advance for your help. Is there a search function for the forums?

I would throw as much money as you can into VIP seats early. Once VIP's are maxed out, then move on to exec. Once those are done, then you can either start getting coaches, facilites, or adding regular seats.

Thank you Buckeye1022. I'll get get right on it.

Does anyone know what "Miscellaneous (expenditure)" is in reference to? I have a 10k charge and I'm trying to track all my expenses.
