that depends on a lot of things. like if you have any coaches, the player's teamwork, maybe a traininshall or a fitness center.
the only way you can find out when a player increased in a certain skill is if you're a supporter, because they recieve a trainings report ia private message.

or... if you dont have supporter, i think the GIManagement program could do it?? (if you have a Windows PC)

alternatively.... spreadsheets... recording down player stats every week is the only other way of doing it.... (i would suggest you do the spreadsheet thing with speed and strength anyway if you dont have supporter just so you can keep track or potentially capped players)

GIMS can give you an idea for this, at least since the new stylish training monitor is in there.

But right: real detils you will see in GIMS after purchasing this supporter account.

in all non-physical skills, (all except speed strengh and stamina), the cap is determined by a player's talent. if hi s atlent is 0.5 then he's capped at 11. if it's 1, the cap is at 12. 1.5-13, 2-14....... and so on.
speed and strengh have random caps. it might be capped at 10, bu tit also might go to 20. the only way you can find out if you've hit a cap, is by observing, and maybe writing down how long it takes you to gain a skill normally. let's say that normally after 4 trainings, player X gains a skill in speed. If this player didn't gain anythig in 5-6 weeks now, you know that he's capped.the other way to see when a player's capped is if you get a supporter account, because supporters can see a red star next to the skill that's capped. that's whole lot easier.
Oh, and the only skill that doesn't get caps is stamina
