sadly thats true that once you pick it thats it for the whole season that also goes for if you take over a team when previous coach picked the sponsor and went MIA

hmmmm take over another team an owner had? thought when a team went from bot to human, it was reset and sponsors etc could be chosen?

Well either it was changed or i read it wrong from the start



only bot teams are given to humans... you cant get a human team moved to a human, first it goes bot, and then on the transition from bot to human everything is reset (including the roster, sponsors etc)

where abouts did you read about it?
