FAQ says:"Simply put, player with consistency 20 will always play at his full ability (given fitness and team chemistry permit it), while the performance of the player with consistency 1 will vary randomly from -20% to +20% of his basic performance rating in each game.
Different description. Can mean different average(/basic) performance.
