what would everyone say is more important having higher int or higher cons cause i got 2 rookies that im looking to move into the QB spot as my current guy is looking like a bust with maybe 10 completions a game when its mostly pass

Player 1
Int 16 Cons 13 3 Star
Int 13 Cons 18 2 Star

there not starting i picked up a cheap old man to play for a season or 2 who has good stats at 18 int 15 cons but was able to pick up for 2k but none of the above are projected to start this week

Is that talent? the 3 star and 2 star? If so dude, I'd probably start the higher consistency guy. But I'd find me another 3.5* talent fast.

Edit: My bad, I mixed up the 3 star and 2 stars, thinking the 3 star guy had higher consistency. Start the 3* talent for sure. Last edited on 2009-10-23 at 22:19

Intelligence all the way for me. The thing about consistency is that if the player is bad and has high consistency, they will pretty much always play bad. It's only for players who are developed and good that it starts to matter for me.

If the last number is talent, then for sure the first guy with the higher talent and intelligence.

Yes sorry didnt put that in a simple to understand way

Player 1
Int 16 Cons 13 3.5 Star Talent (damn stars are hard to see)
Player 2
Int 13 Cons 18 2 Star Talent

Since i got a youth school in the works for the 30th but my current QB

Aaron Starting QB
20 Intelligence
10 Passing
10 Strength
8 Vision
4 Star Talent and 4 Star Rating

BUT has on thing that bugs me a LOT consistency SEVEN

Dude, that QB would be starting on my team for a full two or three seasons after I found a replacement. You would have a HUGE dropoff in production otherwise. Seven in consistency is still only a 6% swing compared to the other guy you are considering, and, for me at least, the 20 Intelligence more than makes up for it.

However I can see the other side to it as well, I'm probably gonna be selling my starting QB in the next couple of weeks because his consistency is too low for my liking..and its at 14

Yea i have really been able to train him up but its just like the Nfl #1 pick you hold them higher and since i paid $75,427 about 10 months ago i expected more by this time while some see that as a decent price but to me anything over 20k has to be a MUST NEED player or its a waste of cash and he was a needed guy as i wanted a good QB to replace my old man who was a 5 Star Talent Int 20 Str 12 Vis 6 passing of 6 with a Cons of ONE Attempts 341 Completions 116 so you see my NEED 10 months ago

Now my Rookie so far this season is thrown it 70 times with 24 Completions

Just Fyi i keep records of all players last season on the team for cases like this as memory somethings fails me

intellegence all the way for me on this one.
though for a QB of the future, would possibly recommend a higher talent player, positional rating seems to me to make a good difference...
