It takes three weeks of inactivity for an account to go bot so you can create another one.
I'm not sure how a team can go instantly bot..wait a second..suggestion thread idea..make that two..

yep... you could try contacting admin to see if you could speed it up, but most likely you will have to wait 3 weeks anyway....

i tried to build another account with another email but i've been rejected
i asked to the staff if i can delete the team quickly, to wait 3 weeks really sucks
also i want a USA team but i live in italy, i thoght it was not a problem
something tells me i will have to keep my italian team...

If you would stick with your team it would be a great experience for you to save it and make a good team from the ground. In this few weeks you can't do so much wrong...

When I first signed up I wanted a South Korean team since I'm of Korean decent but it rejected me 3 times until I signed up for a US team. I think it's restricted by IP, unless that's been changed.

@admin: is it that way? Can tell you: An IP has no geo reference you can be sure about.
