I have a player that says health is bad and could play if he get pain barrier injection. what is that? all my coachs and doctors are lvl 1. Do have to have better doctors or just let him rest all week.

when players have been injured, you can play them in the last week of the injury but there is a reduction in there ability to play.. think then its bad its about 20% reduction in skills.. but dont hold me to that, should be in the FAQ ...

a lot of things should be in the FAQ

but the pain injection is nothing its just the admins clever way of saying he still in pain and can play but with reduced skills

Not in the FAQ, we need a manual and a faq. The manual covers it all, the FAQ answers most asked question.
