Are you sure about it? I evaluate player quality based on the numbers that cannot be changed (int, TW, Cons and Talent). If I am not mistaken none of the above important will be listed, so the outcome will be the same crap like today. In the last 2 seasons from the point I have the academy fully upgraded, I didn't get a single guy with all the attributes above 15, what is worse is the fact I got only 4 players with talent 17+, int, TW and cons above 10, more close to 10 than above. And now share with me if I overlooked something.
