How does the youth system work in Team Handball?

I was just expecting youth player every two weeks now...

You buy several updates, each of them shows you a little bit more from the guys

11. How does the youth academy work?
Youth academy increases the number of youth players available to you each week. The players also have a chance to have higher starting skills than without this facility (skills range from 3 to 6 instead of 2 to 5), but the skill distribution is still random. With the youth academy upgrades you can also see a few random skills the player has.

Youth academy maintenance/gains table
Type Cost Maintenance p/w Gain
Youth academy 250.000 € 15.000 € Additional player + 1 point higher max. starting skill
Upgrade 1 100.000 € 20.000 € Additional player + strength & agility visible
Upgrade 2 100.000 € 25.000 € Speed and jumping visible
Upgrade 3 100.000 € 30.000 € Ball control, passing and special trait visible

I think they should leave it the way it is, it works fine already.
I'm 136 years old next Tuesday and find it difficult to adjust to any sort of change at this stage of my life.
The pace of change in this game is about right for me as it is now.

To be honest, having the system equal for handball and american football doesnt make any sense at all.

I really cant see why anyone would want more than 14 players in handball, while here, certainly everyone will want at least twice that.

With 30 players, a lifespan on average of 12 years on players and 20 weeks season length we get 120 pulls to replace 30 players in one full rotation, or every fourth being kept in a steady state.

In handball, its like....one out of ten.

If you find one per week is too many here, you should take advantage of this foreknowledge and move the pulls in handball to one per month.

i think the youth pulls once every 15 days is about right for the handball game....

great point.
the youth pull is usually crappy anyways, reducing it to once every other week would suck
