There is a player on the transfer list that looks a good player (OL, Stanley Saxton) but the team are asking for 500,000 is this to much for him, he has good stats and has a low weekly wage.

There are few other players that are up for around 100,000 but their stats are rubbish.

Can anybody help me out?

Even though he might be pure awesomeness, then you shouldn't investing that amount of money in players yet. The most important thing for you is to expand your stadium until you have at least all the VIP and Executive seats. Then you will be getting a nice fat income from ticket sales.

Saxton is 31 - so imo 500K is way to much, because...

-> Strength 11 is way to low for OLine!
-> because of his age you cant train him any more on strength!
-> in fact he will also loose points on agility and speed (but values cannot drop below 12) and become less effective
-> if you buy him, you risk that he decides in season 5 maybe to retire after season 5 (we are now in season 4) - would risk it!

So - my expertise: let him go - maybe the others, you think are crap, arent that bad like it seems.

+1 to both of these...

Its alot of cash for an old mediocre build...(im being nice saying mediocre lol) better off getting yourself a youngster for 2000-10000k if you really need a player, and spending the rest on your stadium, the stadium expansion will cover the cost of the youngster, his wages, and training for a career... and more..
