That is about right, but it really doesn't matter because its not like the punt returner can score anyway.

Well, the game of field position matters a lot regardless of whether the punt returner can score or not. However, in just about every game I've played, the returners of the losing team will gain more yardage pr. return than the returners of the winning team. I am guessing this is a way of trying to balance the scoring a bit, but it also means that I come to the same conclusion as buddie625 and others seem to do here: Gunners are very low on the priority list.

Agreed, I've noticed this yardage return issue also.
Plus the fact that most return tackles are made by players who are not Gunners, means that my gunners are being converted to other positions.
