I 'usually' run one of each (moving position etc) due to my personnel, think its personal preference mixed with opponent etc...

While playing the 3-3-5 I usually do I have 2 strong and 1 free. I figure the strong safeties are better for stopping the run, so I'd rather have the extra protection there knowing that all of the safeties will still help out against the pass.
